Kelly is from Long Island and lives in Saratoga Springs. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Albany and then went on to receive her Paralegal Certificate from Maria College. She assists with legal and municipal research, as well as administrative and clerical duties. Kelly enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
