Experience:

Since being admitted to the bar in 2013, Mr. Grassi has successfully represented clients in the areas of land use/development, real estate, and landlord/tenant matters. He is particularly experienced with land use board approvals, having represented various Town/City Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Appeals in Saratoga, Warren, Essex and Herkimer Counties. Mr. Grassi has represented more than a dozen municipalities in upstate New York including Town Boards and Planning Boards in the towns of Wilton, Saratoga, Greenfield, Lake George, Northumberland, Johnsburg, Chester, Wilsboro, Horicon, Lake Placid, and Old Forge, in addition to the land use boards in the City of Saratoga Springs for matters before both the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Grassi also provides eviction guidance to landlords or tenants in summary proceedings in Saratoga County. Mr. Grassi began his career with the firm in 2012 as a law clerk after graduating from Albany Law School.

Service:

Mr. Grassi is an active member of both the Saratoga County Bar Association, where he serves on the Young Lawyer’s Committee. He is also a member of the Warren County Bar Association. He regularly lectures about different “real life” legal matters to high school seniors of many local high schools during the annual Warren County Bar Foundation Real Life Legal Symposium and about landlord/tenant rights to prospective entrepreneurs enrolled in SUNY Adirondack’s Microenterprise Assistance Program. Mr. Grassi is a 2017 graduate and alumnus of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Saratoga program.
