Since being admitted to the bar in 2013, Mr. Grassi has successfully represented his clients in the areas of land use/development, real estate, and estate planning and administration. He is particularly experienced with land use board approvals, having represented various Town/City Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Appeals in Saratoga, Warren, Essex and Herkimer Counties. He also provides eviction guidance to landlords or tenants in summary proceedings and personally owns dozens of rental units throughout Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls. Mr. Grassi began his career after graduating Cum Laude from Albany Law School. 


Mr. Grassi is an active member of both the Saratoga County Bar Association, where he serves on the Young Lawyer’s Committee, and the Warren County Bar Association. He regularly lectures about different “real life” legal matters to high school seniors of many local high schools during the annual Warren County Bar Foundation Real Life Legal Symposium and about landlord/tenant rights to prospective entrepreneurs enrolled in SUNY Adirondack’s Microenterprise Assistance Program. He is also a 2017 graduate and alumnus of Leadership Saratoga.
